a bit underwhelming, to be honest
poor drainage ankle deep water
The staff were friendly and helpful. That much i can say.
the shower in my room barely drained! after a few minutes, the water was ankle deep. i complained, but they claimed to have fixed it. they didn't.

attentive staff local products quiet road
I appreciated the attentive staff. The breakfast included local products like cheese and tomato (I especially liked the fresh fruit). My room was quiet, even though it faced a main road.

not cool uncomfortable stay
the rooms were a good size , a point in its favor.
the air conditioning was not cool AT all. we had it turned to the lowest setting and it still didn't keep the room cool. this.

mixed bag
broken air conditioning basic amenity failure
the rooms were a reasonable size for what i paid, i suppose.
The air conditioning barely worked. I turned it to the lowest setting, and the room remained stuffy. the heat made sleeping difficult.. valencia in summer is already brutal. clearly, maintenance wasn't a priority , a pretty basic amenity failed. overall, i didn't feel refreshed, just mildly irritated.

splendid stay!
helpful staff birthday surprise
I loved the staff. They were kind and helpful. i even got a lovely birthday surprise in my room. the breakfast was also really nice, as were the margaritas at the bar!
I noticed some flies on the beautiful terrace. it was a bit of a nuisance. I couldn't fully enjoy the space.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness, promptly addressing all requests. they were very kind and attentive to guests. the team also provided a warm welcome and efficient service.

The hotel offered a bar with excellent margarita choices. breakfast included local products. These included tomato, cheese, jamon, and chorizo. there is also a spa, and a garden area.

My room had a spacious layout. It was well-appointed. the beds are comfortable. the room service was lovely. It was quick. i loved the bathtub.

the location is in close proximity to the city center and the park. it is also close to a market and a mall. everything is convenient here!

Elegant and Quiet Stay
helpful staff quiet nights comfortable beds
The hotel staff was helpful. I appreciated the quiet nights. I found the beds comfortable and conducive to rest.. The bathroom was also a nice size.
The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room, even on the lowest setting, a bit uncomfortable given the hot weather.
